A. If you submit an inquiry through the main menu of the website [Service → Contact us] or send an inquiry to info@nckorea.net, our staff will check your inquiry and contact you. After the first response or consultation, a sales manager in charge will be assigned through an internal meeting (takes 1-2 days), then the sales manager in charge will respond directly to your inquiry.

Please contact info@nckorea.net with the company name, desired product name, expected quantity. Our staff will contact you. (Please provide information about an ongoing project. We will provide a sample after checking.)
*The samples with small amount will be provided free of charge (However, expensive product/excess quantities/repeated sample requests may incur costs.)
